Crumb is free to scan, and the free version includes one full cleanup. Crumb Pro unlocks the rest. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and works on up to 2 Macs.

Get Crumb Pro
To open the Crumb Pro screen, click the line at the bottom of the sidebar that starts with Free, or choose Upgrade to Pro from Crumb's menu bar menu. Crumb also shows it when you try something that needs Pro.
Click Get Crumb Pro and checkout opens in your browser. Your license key arrives by email when you've paid.
Activate your license key
- Copy the license key from the email you got after buying.
- Open the Crumb Pro screen, as above.
- Paste the key into Already have a key? Paste it here and click Activate.
When it works, you'll see Unlocked. Thank you. and the sidebar says Crumb Pro. If you were in the middle of something that needed Pro, such as a cleanup, Crumb carries on with it.
- "That key did not work": check you copied the whole key, without extra spaces, and try again.
- "Couldn't reach the server": Crumb needs an internet connection to activate. Check yours and try again.
Use your key on another Mac
Your key works on up to 2 Macs. Install Crumb on the other Mac and activate the same key there.
Replacing a Mac, or already using the key on two? Email help@cleanwithcrumb.com from the address you bought with, and we'll move it for you. The same goes if you've lost your key.

If Crumb isn't right for you, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying. The refund policy explains how.
