Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Crumb application and the cleanwithcrumb.com website. By downloading or using Crumb, you agree to them.
License
Crumb offers a free version and a one-time paid purchase. A paid purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Crumb on up to two Macs you own or control. The license does not transfer ownership of the software.
Acceptable use
Please don't redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of Crumb, and don't use it to break the law. Crumb shows you a reviewable plan and removes nothing without your explicit approval; you are responsible for reviewing that plan before you approve a cleanup.
No warranty
Crumb is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. While Crumb is designed to be safe, reversible, and to act only after your review, you use it at your own discretion. We recommend keeping a current backup of your Mac, as you should before any maintenance task.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crumb and its developers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
